That almost always means the boards:read permission was not granted at install. Reinstall
the app from the marketplace and accept the permission prompt, then reload the board.
The headline numbers read your status column's labels. Recap recognises the usual wording — done, complete, resolved, closed, shipped, fixed, approved, launched. If your board uses a word it doesn't know, the items still appear in the breakdown and the tables; tell us the label and we will add it.

The controls bar is deliberately hidden when printing, and the report is laid out to avoid breaking tables across pages. In your browser's print dialog, keep "Background graphics" on so the status colours are preserved.
Summaries are limited to 60 per hour per monday.com account. If you were not near that, it was a temporary failure — try again, and email us if it persists.
