These terms govern your use of Recap, a monday.com application published by GOING STELLAR SRL, registered in Romania ("we", "us"). By installing or using Recap you agree to them.
Recap is a board view that renders a report from a monday.com board you open it on, lets you export that report as a PDF, and can write a short summary paragraph of it. We provide it as a hosted service and may improve or change it over time.
You need a monday.com account, and you must have permission to view any board you use Recap on. Your board data remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and process it only as described in the privacy policy.
Do not use Recap to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, or to attack the service — for example by attempting to bypass the usage limits, reverse the authentication, or send automated traffic to our endpoints outside the app. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Written summaries are subject to a fair-use limit per monday.com account, currently 60 per hour. If we change that limit we will say so on this page.
Summaries are generated by a language model from the numbers on your board. They can be wrong or incomplete. Read a summary before you send it to anyone, and do not rely on it as professional, financial or legal advice. You are responsible for anything you publish from a Recap report.
We aim to keep Recap available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream provider outages and monday.com platform changes can interrupt it.
We will contact you only in reply to a message you send us, and — rarely — to tell you about something that materially affects the service you are using: an outage, a security issue, a change to these terms or to the privacy policy, or the introduction of a paid plan. We do not send marketing email, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your contact details with anyone.
Recap is currently free to install and use. If we introduce paid plans, existing users will be told in advance and no charge will ever be made without your explicit agreement.
Recap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Recap is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim — which, while the app is free, is zero. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Recap at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account, which ends our access to your data immediately. We may terminate access if you breach these terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use Recap after a change means you accept it.
